How To Clean And Maintain Persian Rugs On Your Own?

2. Pure vinegar solution

If you do not have baking soda at home then you can also mix vinegar with pure water. The solution will also be effective to treat common stains. It will soak up all dust and debris particles. The solution can be poured on the rug.

You should avoid soaking the entire rug in the vinegar solution. Vinegar is strong in action. It can affect the color of the rug. The solution will only be effective if it is left for around half an hour on the rug in most cases you may not have to scrub the rug.

3. Chamomile tea

You may be using Chamomile tea bags at home. Used tea bags will help clean the Persian rugs easily. The tea bags can be brewed to form a solution. Do not attempt to pour the hot tea directly on the rugs. Let the solution cool down before you pour it on the rugs.
