The structure of CIEMAL is formed by:
A Steering Committee comprising representatives of each church member, it reflects the variety of identities, women, youth, indigenous people, laymen, ministers, men and women..
A Council of Elders composed of Bishops and Presidents of Churches.
An Executive Committee which comprises the President, Vice, Secretary General, President of the College of Bishops, Minutes Secretary and Treasurer appointed by its General Assembly which takes place five-year period and that performs its decisions, also the decisions of the Executive Committee and facilitates the relationship between their members for mutual pastoral company, fraternal fellowship and training.
